Sian Steele

Non Executive Chair

Sian joined the Board of Howard Group in 2020 as a non-executive director. She became Chair of the Board in July 2022. She has over 30 years’ experience working with family and private businesses both in the UK and globally with a particular focus on family governance and ownership strategy.

She spent much of her career working for PwC and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Jarrold & Sons Limited, a 250-year-old family-owned business in Norwich, and advises several families and family Trusts.  Sian lives in Cambridge
